Arts on the Move

Arts on the Move a traveling arts classroom, focused on bringing art into the community, staffed by trained working artists and certified teachers.
Art has the ability to connect all of us through shared emotions and perceptions. Making art has the potential to deepen that connection through the shared experience of creation. Helping children come together to have fun, socialize, and create in a safe environment is our primary goal. Our classes and projects are free for the participating children. We target areas where children are undeserved and have little access to the Arts. In Collaboration With the Yakima Valley Museum, Larson Gallery, Yakima Arts Commission, Maker Space, and the Yakima Parks Department.
